How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days depending on your location.
Processing time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also use our Track Order page to check shipment status.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across India.
COD may not be available for certain products, pin codes, or high-value orders.

Is shipping free?
We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional campaigns.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Do you deliver outside India?
No. Currently, Nuviya Store delivers only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallet Payments, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways.

We do not store full card details on our servers.

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Certain items (including hygiene products, clearance items, or customized products) may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur due to lighting, supplier updates, or screen settings.
